Real Estate Rendering Services for Builders
While majority of builders are busy exploring ways to find the next buyer, Zillow’s data shows that Millennials, who currently make up approx 73% of first-time home buyers, say 3D media(3D Renderings/3D Virtual Tours/ 3D Walkthrough) is the most important aspect of real estate buying process for new construction projects according to the 2019 Zillow Group Housing Report.
Zillow’s data also infers that about 54% house buyers search for their home online, and, according to the company, builders will greatly benefit from 3D renders/ 3D virtual tours of the home.
“Enriching media, like those depicted in 3D Architectural Walkthroughs and Virtual tours, will help buyers easily visualize themselves experiencing the home, no matter how far they are” said Jeremy Wacksman, Zillow Group Chief Marketing Officer. 3D Renders, Virtual Tours have always been vital to the home search process and now 3D tours can give buyers and renters a realistic understanding of what it would be like to live in the home.
How can Rayvat Rendering Studio help you?
Although we’re mainly known as a rendering company, we’re actually more of an Architectural visualization company. Using the latest technologies in 3D visualization, we create renderings — including elevations, 2D/3D floor plans, site plans, interiors, aerials — as well interactive walkthroughs, animations and virtual tours that builders can leverage for their marketing campaigns.
Most builders are small businesses like us and need disruptive technologies to compete in today’s tech-centric marketplace — particularly among millennial buyers. Rayvat Rendering Studio assists you with high quality visuals that accentuate your property sales potential.
What’s the biggest problem we solve for builders?
We help builders overcome a new home buyer’s pain points, which includes difficulty finding Unbuilt/New construction properties and being able to visualize the lifestyle those houses offer. Builders need buyers to easily discover their project among hundreds of communities, options, plans and lots. They also need tools that enable buyers to customize design and price their homes online so they can save their favorites and eventually buy their custom home.
What advice do we have for builders looking to incorporate our type of tech into their marketing strategy?
Use visualization tools like 3D renders, walkthroughs and virtual tours to curate the home buyer’s journey as they navigate tech channels like websites, social media, email, sales kiosks and real estate portals. Move your buyer down the sales funnel using online marketing techniques that effectively connect buyers with your homes.

How does Residential Rendering work?
House rendering project typically consists of 3 stages. First, we take your 2D plans and prepare a 3D model from them. This is the stage where you can get the first feel of the property. Also, at this stage, the preferred camera angles are freezed with you. Imagine this like building a clay model and then determining which angle is the most appealing angle of the structure.
In stage 2, we bring the 3D model to life. This is where the magic happens. To start, we apply materials, textures and décor elements/landscaping to your specifications. The inputs are derived from a schedule of finishes or mood-boards that builders/architects share with us. Within 2-5 business days the first draft is submitted. At this stage, you will have an opportunity to review your elevation /interior rendering and make any necessary adjustments.
In 3rd Stage, once the draft renders are submitted and feedback incorporated after the first and second drafts, we render the final image. In this final step, we compile your comments, make necessary amendments and submit final high-resolution digital image. From here on, you will be able to begin utilizing the high-quality images into your marketing campaigns!
